Question
Bulk deletion of Test Artifacts in ETM v7.0.1 from UI fails with the following messages.
In the WebUI, following error message is noticed:
CRJAZ1318E The server could not connect to the database. Try the operation again. Serialization failure SQL: update REPOSITORY.VERSION set STATE_ID = ?, CREATED = ? where ITEM_ID = ? SQL Exception #1 SQL Message: Transaction (Process ID 64) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. SQL State: 40001 Error Code: 1205
Following error message in seen in the qm.log file:
