Problem
Attempts to call a 3rd party web services from an invoke step using IBM FileNet Process Engine 5.0 fail with java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
Symptom
Work items ended up in the conductor queue with the following F_LastErrorText message:
