Troubleshooting
Problem
Win32 Access Denied errors when Planning Analytics Workspace is installed on non-system drive or when attempting to start one of the containers.
Symptom
Here are some examples of the errors:
1-Something went wrong at step 'Installing/Updating IBM Planning Analytics Docker images' re-exec error: exit status 1: output: hcsshim::ImportLayer - failed failed in Win32: Access is denied. (0x5).
2-failed failed in win32. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process (0x20).
3-Something went wrong at step 'Installing/Updating IBM Planning Analytics Docker images' re-exec error: exit status 1: output: Failed to safefile.OpenRelative failed in Win32: open \\?E:\dockerdata\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\Files: Access Denied. (0x1f).
