RTM 9 has the Graph Export option. Why it is not available in RTM 10?
Cause
The Graph Export has been removed in RTM 10.1's Cacti. There is a new plugin named gexport. See more details with the link below. You can refer to the README.md file to install and enable the gexport in RTM 10.2:

The gexport plugin replaces the Graph Export in legacy Cacti. This plugin was removed from the core of Cacti in that several users did not utilize this functionality. However, this new version not only exports the Graph and Tree's, it allows dynamic resizing of graphs to fit your display, and allows users to switch dynamically between full view and preview modes.
