Why Do I See the Error "Unable to upload the file." and "Unsupported major.minor version 52.0" When Uploading POJO MODEL .jar file?

Issue:
When importing/uploading the POJO Model .jar file in drools-guvnor, you see the following error:

In the localhost log file?at Tomcat\logs\ the error says "Unsupported major.minor version 52.0".

Resolution:
The issue is most likely caused by the wrong JAVA_HOME variable configuration.
Check your machine's System Environmental variable at Control Panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced tab -> Environment Variables
Confirm if the JAVA_HOME system variable is pointing to the correct directory i.e. Java 8
