Where can you find sample Java program for IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Application Interface for Java?

Question & Answer

Question

In the Application Interface for Java Commands manual, it states "A sample Java program is provided that shows how to use the IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Application Interface for Java to sign on to a Connect:Direct, issue various commands, and process their results". Customer wanted to know where they could find this sample Java program.

Answer

On IBM's Fix Central website, I found fixes for Connect:Direct Application Interface for Java . After downloading the latest fix (1.1.0.0-SterlingConnectDirect-JAI-iF26) and unzipping the file, in doc directory I saw two sample programs: 'JAIUsageSample.java' file that would appear to be a sample program that shows the usage of many of the functions and the file 'JAIUsageSampleLSDir.java', sample program showing how to use the LSDIR command.
