Troubleshooting
Problem
When using an interaction such getParty with Optimized Transparent SQL (OTS) activated, an error may be seen such as:
<axis2ns6:ErrorMessage>The following is not found: Party</axis2ns6:ErrorMessage>
Disabling OTS will allow the interaction to succeed normally.
Symptom
You may have noticed this impacted functionality after upgrading from an earlier version of MDM.
