Problem
When a sftp client version 6 connects, sftp version 3 protocol is used.
Symptom
sftp SSE2621 [yyyy/mm/dd nnn:nnn:nnn.nnn] SSE2621 Note: Client supports sftp protocol version 6. We support 3 or 4, and will attempt to negotiate to 3
