Problem

When running the "New Object Store" wizard in Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) a "ORA-28003: password verification for the specified password failed" error occurs

Symptom

The following error occurs:

The database access failed with the following error: ErrorCode 28,003, Message 'ORA-28003: password verification for the specified password failed
ORA-20010: New password does not meet password complexity rules
ORA-20010:
Password does not contain enough upper case characters - only contains 0 and must contain at least 1
Password does not contain enough special characters, !^(), only contains 0 and must contain at least 1
Password does not contain enough numeric characters - only contains 0 and must contain at least 1
