Problem
When running the FlexID UI (RunFlexIDPanel action) a given key was not present in the dictionary error reported in IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture
Symptom
When running the RunFlexIDPanel action such as that in the Flex application, you may see the following error under certain conditions:

System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key)
at Datacap.Libraries.FlexID.FlexIDForm.DisplayCombo(Int32 ComboNum)
at Datacap.Libraries.FlexID.FlexIDForm.FlexIDForm_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
