Problem
Site has a Unicode enabled file containing multiple tab delimited columns, plus an extra x'FFFE' at start of file. When reading this file, depending on site settings for NLS MAP (i.e. UTF-16) and file format, they either get all columns set to blanks when "view data" or they receive various errors reading file.
