When printing a map to file the map editor not able to handle Japanese strings as folder name and file name.
Symptom
This issue is there in GIS 4.3 Map editor 5.2. Both English version and Japanese version of map editor have this issue.
When printing a map to file the map editor not able to handle Japanese strings as folder name and file name.
1) When the folder name includes a Japanese string then no file is created at all.
2) When the file name include Japanese string sometimes there is no file created. In some other cases the file is created but the file name created with garbage characters.
3) However the same map editor is able to handle Japanese correctly as folder and file name when saving a map file.
4) GIS 4.2 and Map editor 4.2 works well and do not have any issue.
