When opening a case solution via Case Client desktop, it generates Error: xhrFailed with CDEWG8003

Troubleshooting


Problem

The system has recently been upgraded from Case Manager 5.3.3.x to Business Automation Workflow 20.0.0.2. The Business Automation Workflow is configured to use external Content Navigator and external Content Platform Engine. After the upgrade, when accessing a solution using a url:  https://<icnserver>:<port>/navigator/?desktop=<desktopname>, it's prompted to login and after the successful login it generates the following error occurred: Error: xhrFailed Contact your system administrator and provide the information that is contained in this message.
