When making changes to a FileNet Business Process Manager Process Engine component queue properties via the Process Configure Configuration Console (PCC) and committing the changes, it produced an "Err=d56d0031" error

Problem

When a system administrator made changes to a custom component queue properties and committed the changes via PCC, he got an "[Err=d56d0031] Undefined work performer operation" error.
