When LDAP or LLLDAP authentication is enabled, the Taskmaster Server hangs when a specific user logs in.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When LDAP or LLLDAP authentication is enabled, the Taskmaster Server hangs when a specific user logs in,  causing wTM and other clients to appear unresponsive. 
A restart of all components is required to get  Datacap working again.

Symptom

Windows Application event logs from Taskmaster server show an error from TMS.exe caused by WLDAP32.dll :
