When I call DoPrint(false) function for the IBM FileNet IDMViewerCtrl using IBM FileNet IDM Desktop API on a PDF document, it will bring up a print dialog when Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed.

Troubleshooting

Problem

The current documentation of the DoPrint method states: =========================== IDMViewerCtrl.DoPrint(PromptUser) PromptUser - Determines whether the print dialog box displays prior to a job being printed. When you set the PromptUser parameter to True, this method displays the standard print dialog box, in which the user can specify print options. When you set PromptUser to False, the method prints the job based on the print options set in the LocalPrint object. ============================ However, this is not true for PDF documents with the Acrobat Reader (AR) plugin installed. If AR is not installed and the Outside In Viewer is used, then the print dialog will be supressed when calling DoPrint(false).
