When attempting to pull data using the API, the following error occurred in the results. How can this be corrected?

If the following error is received when attempting to pull data using the API:

"The system cannot locate the resource specified. _Source= Msxml3.dll"

You should ensure that the requesting PC has the file msxml3.dll in the following directory:

C:\WINDOWS\system32
