Question & Answer
Question
SAVF files are located in the '/QIBM/UserData/OS/Service/ECS/PTF' directory. Can cause space consumption if there is a large amount of data.
Answer
Each directory under the PTF directory represents a Julian date. These should match the days of SNDPTFORD attempts.
The SNDPTFORD process uses the '/QIBM/UserData/OS/Service/ECS/PTF' directory when ordering PTFs. If you had attempted and canceled SNDPTFORD multiple times, this left the SAVF objects behind in this directory. When downloading PTFs as SAVFs to your system using SNDPTFORD, the directory used for the order should be removed as soon as the SAVFs are copied to QGPL. In the future, if you have failed SNDPTFORD attempts or if you download as images using SNDPTFORD, this directory will need to be cleaned up manually.
Can do the RMVDIR DIR('/QIBM/UserData/OS/Service/ECS/PTF') SUBTREE(*ALL) safely. It'll be created next time you issue SNDPTFORD.
