Can you explain to me what the purpose is behind the "Coordinates" options in the Service Address Options under Organizations settings? There are different behaviors if the x/y settings are used or the Latitude and longitude when mapping extents.
If values are set to x and y everything in Maximo seems to work but using Latitude and longitude then the initial/external extent does not map and neither does drop a pin on a map. Setting all the services to 102345 helped on the Maximo side, but the coordinates coming in from mobile solutions still appear to be in a lat long format and not x/y and yet they are supposed to be using the 102100 spatial reference as well.
