Check the Temp Path in the Search Server configuration.? Check the following:
If changes are made restart the Search Server service.
- The path is not malformed that is it does not contain ".." or is missing a leading slash.
- The directory exists.
- The disk is not full.
If changes are made restart the Search Server service.
