What is the difference between My Requests option on the LMS Toolbar & Pending options under My Assignments ?
These are not the same thing.
My Requests will list requests made by the student, for example, requesting to be enrolled in a course.
The Pending tab is when a student is enrolled in a course, but the person enrolling the student allows the student to choose which offering they want.
For example, a training admin may enroll a student in a course that has both ILT and online offerings, but allows the student to choose which offering they are enrolled in. If this is something you do not do, then you might want to remove the Pending tab.
If students are allowed to self enroll, but need approval before being enrolled, you'll need to leave the My Requests link.
