Question & Answer

Question

What is the definition of a "Completed Session"?

Answer

A "Completed Session" refers to any session in which the visitor is no longer actively exploring your web application or has been timed out by the web application. When Tealeaf determines that a session is no longer active, it becomes a completed session. Timeout defaulted to 30 minutes, but is configurable as per client need.
