%SUBDATE is the submit date and has 5 formats:
%SUBDATE - cyymmdd format,
where c is century indicator
%SUBDATE1 – yyyymmdd
%SUBDATE2 – yyyyddmm
%SUBDATE3 – mmddyyyy
%SUBDATE4 – ddmmyyyy
%JDATE – submit date in Julian format, yyyyddd.
%SUBTIME - submit time in hhmmss format.
