Symptom:
WebSphere Business Modeler installation failed with the following java.io.IOException error in Installation Manager log:

Resolving the problem:
Before installing WebSphere Business Modeler, disable the system firewall and anti-virus software. If your user id does not have permission to disable the firewall and anti-virus, change the Installation Manager's process priority to be higher than the firewall and anti-virus by doing the following:
1) Open the Task Manager.
2) In the Processes tab, right click on IBMIM.exe -> Set Priority -> Realtime
