Problem
The WebSphere Application Server plug-in for Internet Information Services (IIS) fails to run on Windows 64-bit.
Symptom
When the WebSphere Application Server plug-in for IIS is configured on a 64-bit version of Windows, the ISAPI Filter registered for the WebSphere plug-in fails to load properly and requests for WebSphere Application Server content fail with one of the following errors reported in the browser:
| HTTP 404 - File or directory not found. HTTP 404 - File not found. HTTP 404 - Not found. |
| ISAPI Filter '...\iisWASPlugin_http.dll' could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a AMD64 processor architecture. The data field contains the error number. |
