Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Internet Explorer, and types in the URL to the Controller on Cloud webserver.
User authenticates to that website ("Citrix StoreFront"), and is presented with their program icon:
User clicks on the Controller client, and receives the message "Do you want to open or save xxxxx.ICA from ...":
User clicks 'Open' and then gets this message:

This progrem will open outside of Protected mode...
