"The webpage cannot be found" when click 'Login' inside Controller Web

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller Web website. User chooses database. User clicks 'Login'. An error appears.

Symptom

After clicking "Login"...


...the user receives this message:

    The webpage cannot be found
    HTTP 404 Not Found
