Troubleshooting
Problem
After migration from webMethods version 8.2 to version 10.15, an issue has been identified with XSLT transformations using the Xalan processor.
The issue involves incorrect character encoding, specifically with ISO-8859-1, affecting Latin characters.
This problem is due to a known bug in the Xalan-J library when using Java 11+: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XALANJ-2618
Following is an example of this issue: Expected: <CompanyName>Plácida</CompanyName> Received: <CompanyName>Plácida</CompanyName>
