Problem
Facing this Xerces parser exception intermittently on the MWS UI.
MWS version - 10.1
Error:
"org.apache.xerces.parsers.XIncludeAwareParserConfiguration incompatible with org.apache.xerces.xni.parser.XMLParserConfiguration"
Found some information that this is resolved by the Fix, MWS_10.1_Fix3, but it does not help to resolve the issue.
