Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting IS, the following is seen in the server log:
2013-12-06 10:02:08 EST [ISS.0028.0001I] Loading packages
2013-12-06 10:02:08 EST [ISS.0028.0006C] Unable to load WmMonitor package (possibly due to circular dependencies
2013-12-06 10:02:08 EST [ISS.0028.0007I] This package requires WmPRT package (Version 7.1) to load <<<<< ????Why 7.1???
2013-12-06 10:02:08 EST [ISS.0028.0061E] Unable to load system package WmMonitor due to dependency on
non-system packages.
Attempted to install the WmPRT package, but no version of this package exists in the list of products available in the jar installer.
