Troubleshooting


Problem

Getting following error after the server started in v10.7:

2021-11-24 08:08:28 EST [ISS.0025.0012I] (tid=66) Cache Manager started

2021-11-24 08:08:39 EST [CommonLib.MWS.0001E] (tid=349) [001] [POP.004.0206] Failed to connect to database at jdbc:wm:sqlserver://XXXXXX:6767;databaseName=abcdb. Verify hostname/port and connection credentials. com.webmethods.portal.service.meta2.MetaException: [POP.004.0206] Failed to connect to database at jdbc:wm:sqlserver://XXXXXX:6767;databaseName=abc7db. Verify hostname/port and connection credentials.
