webMethods Knowlegebase : Unable to enable JMS Connection Alias with Broker configuring with SSL

Problem

JMS Connection Alias is configuring with SSL Broker as a JMS provider. 

The JMS Connection Alias is failing to enable with the below exception in IS server.log and wrapper.log.  However, IS Connection Alias is configured with the same SSL Broker, and it’s enabled successfully without any error.  Why is it failing with JMS Connection Alias?
