Troubleshooting
Problem
While configuring your IS/MWS to communicate via SSL to an external client, it is important step to import the CA cert in to the trusted CA store of the JVM. If not, you will see an error like below during SSL handshake:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
