webMethods Knowlegebase : SFTP ( SSH File Transfer Protocol) user alias failed with error "Algorithm negotiation failed" (1794333)

Problem

Setting up SFTP for the first time.

When trying to test the connection getting the below exception as seen in the error.log file:
