Troubleshooting
Problem
When running the service archive stored procedure, the following error was thrown:

1057 MONITOR_ARCHIVE SERVICEARCHIVE 1
OTHER EXCEPTIONS OCCURRED!-2019ORA-02019: connection description for
remote database not found 17-03-03 17-03-03
--------------------------------------------
All the necessary permissions had been granted to the Archive database user. The archive database is installed in a different database server.
