Problem
A process contains a rule step and the decision table contains an action that is used to concatenate error(s) thrown from the decision table; however, every time the process runs an error is thrown from the rule step.
We notice these errors in the server log:
[ISC.0050.0018E] Error decoding schema in FlowMap com.wm.util.coder.InvalidDatatypeException: com.wm.lang.xml.WMDocumentException: [ISC.0042.9330] Malformed start tag: duplicate '<'.
