Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing IS_10.15_Core_Fix15 and dependent fixes, the following error is received in the IS server log:-
2024-12-17 09:57:30 CET [ISS.0045.0039E] (tid=491874) Unable to delete resource rows from table. Details: [SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver]Object has been closed. 2024-12-17 09:57:30 CET [ISS.0045.0067E] (tid=491874) An error occurred while purging statistics data older than the retention limit. Details: [ISS.0045.0039] Unable to delete resource rows from table. Details: [SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver]Object has been closed.
