Troubleshooting
Problem
The service pub.date.dateTimeFormat transforms the timestamp and would like to have an explanation how this transformation happens.
For example, the inString input Feb 26, 1959 10.11.12.319645 with the newPattern set to yyyy-MM-ddThh.mm.ss.SSS is producing the result as 1959-02-26 10.16.31.645.
