Troubleshooting

Problem

When migrate database by using database component configurator(DCC) on the a cloned database, all the tables have migrated successfully, but "Process Engine" and "Operation Manager" table migration was ignored. The DCC shows "PROCESSENGINE IS NOT INSTALLED. IGNORING MIGRATION FOR THIS COMPONENT".

PROCESSENGINE is confirmed install in this database, but not sure why the migration is being ignored.
