Troubleshooting
Problem
My webMethods Server fail to display the Workspace Tools when you log in as sysadmin user.
In My webMethods, when you log in as sysadmin and navigate to the Folders > System > Palette Registry > default > Workspace Tools, My webMethods Server display the following error:

[POP.001.0002] A "java.lang.NullPointerException" occurred with the Message "at com.webmethods.portal.mech.storage.impl.BasicMechanics.isNormal (BasicMechanics.java:1653)"
