webMethods Knowlegebase : Partial MDN (Message Disposition Notification) generated (1806234)

Troubleshooting


Problem

This is happening in a new v10.5 server (test environment), but did not occur in v10.1.

For one of the Trading Partners random MDN transactions are truncated.

webMethods system generates a partial EDIINT MDN and that fails processing on the partner side.

The EDIINT MDN content in Trading Networks (TN) shows to be truncated, and all are truncated to around 1350 to 1352 Size in Bytes.

These are Asynchronous and Signed MDNs and they transmit with a 200 Okay response, but the Partner has indicated they are failing processing on their end.

This is an issue with some, but not all MDN's for this specific Partner.
