webMethods Knowlegebase : IS not starting with error: Failed to start listener HTTPListener@5355

Troubleshooting


Problem

We have installed integration server 10.15 version on azure cloud windows 2022 windows server.

After migrating of the packages from old version, the integration server is not starting up.

On server logs we have the below error message:

[ISS.0098.0021I] Volatile Trigger Output Dispatcher started

[ISS.0098.0027I] PersistenceManager started all Stores

[ISS.0025.0036I] Dispatcher started

[ISS.0025.0013I] Cache Sweeper started

[ISP.0046.0012I] Enabling HTTP Listener on port 5355

[ISS.0070.0013W] Failed to start listener HTTPListener@5355. The following error was encountered: Cannot assign requested address: NET_Bind

[ISP.0046.0012I] Enabling HTTP Listener on port 9399

[ISS.0070.0013W] Failed to start listener HTTPListener@9399. The following error was encountered: Cannot assign requested address: NET_Bind
