webMethods Knowlegebase : No Error when Maximum upload amount file size reached (1796727)

Troubleshooting

Problem

After defining Maximum upload amount file size to 1 Mb, for instance, when a file is uploaded with a size greater than 1 Mb, the upload has been interrupted on active transfer server when the upload reached to 1 Mb size.

There is an error in the file Activetransfer.log "*226-WARNING!!! Maximum upload amount file size reached. Max : 1024 k.* but:

- File is partially copied to the VFS

- No error was displayed on the 'file transactions' tab in MyWebmethodsServer'. The file transfer is successful too.

In summary, ActiveTransfer Web Client does not display an error if the file size exceeds the maximum file size limit for a file upload.
