webMethods Knowlegebase : Load Balancer cannot be started (1791260)

Problem

After installing API Portal in the Azure Cloud, all executables except the load balancer can be started.

Log information from C:/SoftwareAGAPI/API_Portal/server/bin/work/work_loadbalancer_s/httpd/logs/error.log:
