There is an issue with the user-profile keyboard navigation, using the keyboard/tabulator key.

One can select the majority of the items, but not the one for the "edit user-profile", and the one for "act as delegation".

The issue is regardless of the user-profile settings. means, it makes no difference if delegation is an option for the user, or not.

At the same time, it is possible to navigate to the menu item, by choosing the first letters („V“, „P“, „H“ and „A“ for the given example).

Expectation:

Enable all user profile menu-items for keyboard/tabulator navigation

In accordance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1

Workaround: Use the option with the first letter in order to navigate to the menu-list-item.
