Troubleshooting
Problem
The Java GC behavior seems to not be running in concurrent mode which is required for low latency performance.
Instead there are visible teeth.
Captured during stable constant load test – a few messages per second.
The webMethods IS Java is setup as shown below:
-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC
-XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=3
-XX:SurvivorRatio=6
-XX:+PrintGC
-XX:+PrintGCDetails
-XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps
-XX:+PrintTenuringDistribution

-XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError
-XX:HeapDumpPath=/apps/data
