Troubleshooting
Problem
The API Gateway URL does not encode the "+" character, the API Gateway URL provider replaces the "+" with "%2B" on the external URI.
For example:
From the client: V1.1/XXX/COM.21+11
The URI is converted to be: V1.1/XXX/COM.21%2B11
