webMethods Knowlegebase : Integration Server: Repeating lost connection to broker errors. (1755732)

Troubleshooting

Problem

We have lost connection to Broker and are unable to connect to 0 ldap.

Problems occur on one of our test servers: This server has the same installation as the other server. The work for these servers is given to them by a load balancer.

These two servers have the same installation (Microsoft Windows level, webMethods IS, JMS etc.).

Only one of the servers has these errors, the other server is not showing any of these errors.

Server log contains messages like:

[1799]2013-09-19 13:46:50 CEST [ISS.0134.0052I] Starting all triggers associated with JMS connection alias CONNECTION01.

[1798]2013-09-19 13:46:15 CEST [ISS.0134.0056E] Error closing Connection Handle: javax.jms.JMSException: [BRM.10.4008] JMS: Lost connection to Broker "JMSBroker@hostname:6849"..

[1797]2013-09-19 13:46:14 CEST [ISS.0134.0054I] Stopping all triggers associated with JMS connection alias CONNECTION01.

[1796]2013-09-19 13:46:14 CEST [ISS.0134.0016E] JMS Connection Error on connection "CONNECTION01": javax.jms.JMSException: [BRM.10.4008] JMS: Lost connection to Broker "JMSBroker@hostname:6849 due to Connection reset". [Linked Exception] java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Besides this broker connection problem, we've also got on this specific server LDAP connection problems:
