webMethods Knowlegebase : Importing Swagger Objects using an API. Issues after installing INM_9.9_Fix4 (1772163)

Troubleshooting

Problem

Importing Swagger Objects using an API.

When updating a Service Asset using input from a swagger file, the name and version of the Service that is being updated get updated with the name and version that are contained in the file (overwriting what is in CentraSite).

This differs from how the GUI creation process works because when a name and version are already defined then the file does not override.

Could not get the update to work when a url is provided (this is the most common case).

Below is the command and surrounded the url with "" and '' and that didn't change the results:

CentraSiteCommand.sh import Service -url http://centrasite:8000 -user INTERNAL\\Administrator -password manage -type Swagger -serviceUri http://wmesb-test:7450/service-management/apiaryservices/soa3 -update 28f0b41e-9d05-11e5-ae3a-aec26012a561
