Troubleshooting
Problem
Documentation states that "Connect to Software AG Repositories for Products and Fixes" and then "Configure a proxy for the Platform Manager on the local machine. Go to Environments > All > Instances > SPM (on local machine) > Configuration > Proxy."
Should the proxy host be our local machine or should it point to Software AG's website EMPOWER?
